In July 2025, we acquired Hamlyn Williams, a highly respected specialist recruitment business in Financial Services, Life Sciences and MES Engineering, with offices in Europe and North America and a business we deeply admired for its talent, reputation, and growth potential.

A little over a year later we have re-engineered the financial structure and culture of the business and re-branded to HW3 to better reflect the businesses’ belief in building powerful teams to deliver focused business outcomes for clients.
